Libi Kavanah

Creative Director

Libi is Jambalaya’s Creative Director. She is a mother to four adult children, and five beautiful grandchildren. She sees the importance of incorporating music and dance into children’s education. Through her vast teaching experience in early elementary education, she understands the wonder of childhood. She also believes in introducing kids to nature and community involvement, through educational ways in Jambalaya Music Program.

JAM Enthusiast!

My four children and I love our JAM sessions. JAM is a wonderful time for me to spend with my children in a creative environment. My kids love spending time with the other children who attend class. The social hour afterwards is an excellent way for me to meet other members of the community, who have similar values and appreciation of early childhood education.

Our daughter Isabelle loves to JAM! She  gets very excited to go to the Jambalaya Music Family Program each week. It is also a wonderful place to meet like-minded parents and children from the community.
